All our deliveries are completed by the trusted nationwide company APC Overnight. We aim to deliver within 5 - 8 working days for all our UK stock items.
You can view how your delivery is progressing as all our delivered items are tracked and will have to be signed for.
If you have a delay with your parcel please message us on our chat feature and we will be able to update you on your purchase.
We offer no question returns within 14 days of collection of your products subject to the following conditions:
Item must be returned in as new condition
Item must be returned in original packaging
All accessories / manuals / keys / chargers must be included
Returned items must have a copy of the original sales invoice included along with details for return
The customer is responsible for courier / postage / collection fees
If you are unable to arrange courier then a collection will be arranged by The Bike Store Online.
The courier/collection costs will be deducted from the refund total
